Dendritics Gemscale 50 Sensors

Early in the sensor development we had to locate these round sensors over each other for screening on the patterns accurately. We designed and constructed this fascinating geared marvel. It became totally obsolete when the laser-cutting process created hexagonal shapes.

There were 3 grippers on each level to center each ceramic separately, since they were not quite round.

And then the reality ... please pardon the rust. It was dumbly made from steel, not stainless.
